You can apply online if you:

• Have a current VISA or Mastercard
• Don't already have RACV Emergency Roadside Assistance
• Aren't nominating a taxi

It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete, depending on the options you select. Please allow 1 business day for processing. 

Emergency Roadside Assistance becomes available 24 hours after an ERA product is purchased.

Please be aware that a 14 day waiting period applies on Accident and Extended Benefits for all products for Blue Card holders. If you require immediate assistance please phone 13 RACV (13 72 28). Please note that a $164 surcharge applies to vehicles with pre-existing conditions or requiring immediate assistance.
