RACV, as a member of the Australian Automobile Association (AAA), has affiliations with motoring organisations throughout Australia and Overseas. As a result, members who have purchased an emergency roadside assistance product are entitled to receive reciprocal benefits from these organisations.

When travelling throughout Australia, eligible members can receive emergency reciprocal roadside assistance from the auto club in the state they are in by calling 13 11 11. Members with Extra and Total Care should call 1800 333 300.
